Original place to stay, fairly clean hotel. Accommodating, superfriendly staff team who provide a great service.

This hotel was brilliant place for exploring Santa Barbara, enjoyed it and property's welcoming staff who provide a great service. Our room was tasteful and brilliant with a balcony, just what we needed.

The rooms were quiet and cosy, the breakfast was delicious!

Everything was beautiful, nothing too much trouble, I can recommend it. The breakfast was exceptional, the staff was courteous, the grounds were fairly clean. The standard queen room was air-conditioned, included a shower, a dryer and bathrobes. I was surprised by the lovely ocean view.

Everything seemed perfect, superfriendly staff, huge rooms. Plenty of food for breakfast including milk, cookies, cheese, cereal and pastries. A really nice stay.

I did not want to leave there, had an enjoyable experience and would definitely return here.

The room was impeccable and immaculate, the staff was CHARMING. Lovely view of poolside. It was a beautiful area, a fantastic base for me. I liked that food was decent and yummy. The facilities were beautiful and easy to use.

The hotel is branded, staff and location are beautiful. It's found in a safe area, walking distance to many landmarks of Santa Barbara.

The hotel was fairly clean and charming, loved the very comfy beds. We were lucky to have best staff. Standard king room had upgrades, it was spotless and spacious. Extraordinary service throughout the venue. The location was favourable, just off winery's in santa barbara, shops, the main part of town. .

Prime location and competent staff. Splendid view, a large balcony, comfy bed, too. The beach was clean. I loved the lunch in the nearby Breakwater Restaurant. Decent customer service too❤👌

great tourist spots like moreton bay fig tree where close to this hotel. we liked inn by the harbor. west beach district is worth your attention. only 10 minutes on foot from amtrack santa barbara railroad station.

A delicious breakfast was served there. A fully furnished kitchen was a big plus.
